Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales and Performance Director to lead our sales and performance initiatives. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.

The role will involve developing and implementing strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer care and driving business growth. As an ambassador for The Boots Company PLC, you will be responsible for promoting our brand values and ensuring that our customers receive outstanding service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Leading high-performing teams to deliver excellent customer care and sales results.
  • Managing sales and performance in-store, including setting targets and monitoring progress.
  • Working closely with other departments to ensure seamless integration of sales and operations.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven retail management experience, with a strong track record of delivering sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • A deep understanding of the retail industry, with knowledge of current trends and best practices.

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including:
