We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to fill the role of Sales and Partnerships Manager at Connecting Education. This key position will play a vital role in driving sales growth and developing strategic partnerships across the UK.

The successful candidate will possess excellent sales and business development skills, with a proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. They will also have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing them to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and growing organization, with a competitive salary package on offer. The base salary is £24,500 per annum, with additional bonus and commission possible up to £7,500 per year. Private health scheme, 28 days leave, and hybrid working also come as part of the package.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Promoting our youth training programs and services to potential clients
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business targets
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver sales solutions
  • Managing sales pipelines and reporting on sales performance
  • Becoming an expert in the education market, with a focus on delivering value-added services to clients

Requirements include proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to build rapport quickly. Ideal qualifications include a BSc/BA in Business Management or other relevant fields, experience in a customer support role, and knowledge of the education market.
