Job Summary
April Faith Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in the education technology sector. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive business growth and development, leveraging your expertise in sales, account management, and business development.

About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting virtual reality solutions to key stakeholders in the L&D market. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and success, meeting and exceeding sales targets and performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage existing client accounts and nurture relationships
* Identify and secure new business opportunities
* Build and maintain strong partnerships with L&D departments and industry training providers
* Promote the use of virtual and mixed reality training solutions to enhance educational experiences
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and success
* Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics

Requirements
For this role, we are looking for individuals with strong experience in Sales, Account Management, or Business Development, preferably within the tech sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to build and sustain client relationships. Knowledge of virtual and mixed reality technologies is an advantage, as is strong organisational and time management abilities. A proven track record of success in sales and business development is also required.

What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including commission and travel expenses. The estimated annual salary for this role is £80,000 - £100,000+ per annum, depending on experience.
