Salary:£13-17/hour (dependent on experience and qualifications)
About the RoleWe are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Trainee Classroom Leaders. This is an excellent opportunity to work in local secondary schools, empowering students aged 11-18 to achieve their full potential.
As a Trainee Classroom Leader, you will step into the classroom in the absence of the regular teacher, requiring confidence and willingness to engage with young people.
The ideal candidate will have a degree or equivalent education, a natural leadership ability, and a passion for education and providing high-quality support to young people.
Responsibilities- Lead lessons in the absence of the class teacher
- Provide individualized support to students
- Contribute to a positive learning environment
- Excellent daily rates paid using the PAYE system
- Guaranteed pay scheme (subject to availability)
