Akeneo, the product experience company and global leader in Product Information Management (PIM), is seeking a skilled Total Rewards Manager to lead its compensation and benefits programs.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have prior experience leading a compensation and benefits function, preferably in a global context, and strong analytical skills with experience in compensation benchmarking using tools like AON-Radford.

The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining competitive compensation and benefits programs that reflect Akeneo's commitment to equity and inclusion. This includes salary structures, commission plans, and management-by-objectives frameworks for different regions and departments. The candidate will analyze compensation data to identify and address potential gaps across countries, roles, and demographics.

Requirements:
  • Prior experience leading a compensation and benefits function, preferably in a global context.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in compensation benchmarking using tools like AON-Radford.
