SEN Teaching Assistant

Academics Ltd is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support a child with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in a mainstream primary school setting. The ideal candidate will have experience working with ASD, SEMH, and behaviour support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the teacher in supporting the child with ASD
• Develop and implement behaviour support plans
• Collaborate with the teaching team to ensure the child's needs are met
Requirements:
• Minimum Level 3 qualification in a relevant field
• Experience working with ASD in a primary school setting
• Strong literacy and numeracy skills (GCSE's in Maths and English - C or above)
• Good communication skills
