About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SEN Tutor to join our team at Teaching Personnel. The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting students with special educational needs and a proven track record of delivering tailored learning plans and adapted teaching methods.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized educational support to students with special needs, developing tailored learning plans that cater to their unique needs.
  • Work collaboratively with school staff and parents to ensure that students receive comprehensive support, including regular progress updates and goal-setting discussions.
  • Contribute to the development of inclusive practices within the school, promoting a culture of diversity and equity.

Requirements:

To be successful as an SEN Tutor, you will need to possess relevant qualifications and training in SEN education, as well as at least 2 years of experience working with students with special needs. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with students, parents, and school staff.
