We are seeking a primary school teacher with experience across KS1 and KS2 age groups to work at a good one form entry primary school with an outstanding leadership team. Primary teacher will have the opportunity to become a permanent member of staff once completing 12 weeks at the school. If you are a primary teacher with good curriculum knowledge of experience working as a primary teacher across either KS1 or KS2 then this would be an incredible opportunity to work at a friendly and supportive primary school, where you will be paid a high rate of pay and opportunities to develop in the school. We work closely with this vibrant primary school in Banbury who are seeking a dedicated Primary School Teacher to join an enthusiastic team

The Role:
As a Primary School Teacher, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality education to our students. Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons that inspire and motivate students across a variety of subjects.
- Differentiating instruction to meet the diverse needs of all learners, including those with SEN.
- Assessing and monitoring student progress, providing constructive feedback to foster growth.
- Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages collaboration and respect.
- Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to support student development.
What We’re Looking For:
- Someone who holds a relevant teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent) and has experience in a primary school setting.
- Has a strong understanding of the primary curriculum and best teaching practices.
- Demonstrates a passion for working with children and a commitment to their well-being and success.
- Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students and families.
- Is proactive and adaptable, able to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
