About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and qualified Year 4 Class Teacher to join our team at a reputable Primary School in Oxfordshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching a class of Year 4 students and contributing to the school's mission to provide a high-quality education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach a class of Year 4 students and plan engaging lessons that cater to their needs
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support
- Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to achieve school goals
- Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to keep them informed of student progress
Requirements:
- Qualified Teaching Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching in a Primary School setting
- Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum
- Ability to work effectively in a team and build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
