Targeted Provision Ltd is seeking an exceptional SEN/SEND tutor to join our vibrant team of education professionals. As a valued member of our staff, you will contribute to the delivery of outstanding educational support services that cater to the unique needs of our students.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with students, families, and external agencies
- Designing and delivering high-quality tuition programs that address the specific needs of our students
- Maintaining accurate records and reports to track student progress and adjust learning plans accordingly
Qualifications and Requirements
To excel in this role, you will require:
- Professional Teaching Qualifications (Qualified Teacher Status / QTS / QTLS)
- Minimum 2 years teaching experience
- Substantial experience in supporting students with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or other Additional Educational Needs
- Strong understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures
- Enhanced DBS and two professional references
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is between £25,000 and £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience. As an SEN/SEND tutor, you can also expect:
