Transformative Opportunities in Adult Mental Health

Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Psychiatrist to join our North and West Adult AMHT team as a Clinical Leader.

This exciting role combines leadership, management, and clinical duties, offering the opportunity to work alongside a dynamic multidisciplinary team and contribute to the delivery of ground-breaking mental health services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of mental health services for adults of working age
  • Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to provide patient-centred care and support
  • Contribute to the leadership and management of the team, including clinical and educational supervision
  • Advise on clinical and professional matters, ensuring high-quality care and services
