About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse, Social Worker, or Occupational Therapist to join our integrated CAMHS team in North Oxon. As a Senior Mental Health Practitioner, you will work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality care to children and young people with serious mental illness and their families.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver generic mental health assessments and risk assessments of children and young people open to the Getting More Help Team.
- Develop holistic plans of care with CYP families and other agencies, working collaboratively to provide evidence-based interventions.
- Hold a clinical caseload, including keyworking and providing evidence-based therapies, with opportunities for ongoing training and development.
- Participate in the duty rota, responding to and supporting plans for children and young people presenting with risk.

Person Specification
Essential Qualifications
- RMN or RN with additional Mental Health Qualification; or Occupational Therapist with HCPC Registration or Social Worker with HCPC registration.
Desirable Qualifications
- Professional knowledge acquired through degree/diploma.
Personal Qualities

- Ability to organise own time and diary and that of junior staff and learners.
