Detailed Job Description
In this SEN Teaching Assistant role, you will work closely with teaching staff to provide individualized support for a child with ASD. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Developing and implementing personalized behavior plans to address challenging behaviors
  • Collaborating with teachers to create inclusive learning environments that cater to the child's needs
  • Communicating effectively with parents and other stakeholders to ensure consistent support

Key Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong behavior management abilities. Previous experience working with children with ASD and ABA therapy knowledge are highly desirable.
