About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Hospitality Training Specialist to join our team at fish4.co - Jobboard. As a key member of our training team, you will play a vital role in supporting hospitality professionals achieve qualifications at levels 2/3.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support a caseload of learners
  • Deliver face-to-face and online coaching
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders
  • Plan and deliver engaging training sessions

Requirements:

  • 4 years Hotel/Accommodation Front of House experience
  • Hospitality Team Leader experience
  • Interest or experience in teaching/training
  • Car driver
  • Level 2 in Hospitality (desirable)
