We are seeking a skilled Guest Services Assistant to enhance our hospitality experience. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience from the moment they arrive.

Your duties will include managing reception tasks, providing warm welcomes to guests, and facilitating a seamless check-in process. You will also be responsible for maintaining a welcoming atmosphere in our facility, ensuring guests feel valued and attended to. Additionally, you'll be responsible for preparing and serving coffee to guests, ensuring they start their day on a positive note.

Key Responsibilities:


• Manage reception tasks and provide exceptional customer service to guests.


• Facilitate a seamless check-in process and maintain a welcoming atmosphere in the facility.


• Prepare and serve coffee to guests, ensuring a positive start to their day.

Requirements:


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a calm demeanor under pressure.


• Basic knowledge of food safety and health and safety procedures.


• Ability to read and follow company manuals and procedures.
