Revenue Collection Support Assistant

**Collection Team Member:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Collection Support Assistant to join our team at Corus Consultancy. As a key member of our collection team, you will be responsible for supporting the enforcement agents, managing customer relationships, and ensuring efficient debt collection.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Support the enforcement agents by assisting with the allocation of their workload cases.
- Amend and update existing accounts with relevant amendments in accordance with procedures.
- Keep the Team Leader informed of all matters concerning the post holder's workload on a regular basis.
**Requirements:**
- Good knowledge of welfare rights.
- Ability to differentiate between those avoiding payment and those who may need a more sympathetic approach.
- Knowledge of the Taking Control of Goods Regulations 2014.
**Salary and Benefits:** The salary range is £30,000 - £33,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including flexible working hours and opportunities for career development.
