Debt Recovery Specialist

**About the Role:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Debt Recovery Specialist to join our team at Corus Consultancy. As a key member of our collections team, you will be responsible for managing and recovering debts from customers across various sectors.
**Responsibilities:**
- Undertake duties with minimal supervision and provide training to colleagues.
- Handle customer enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, making arrangements for payment and resolving conflicts effectively.
- Comply with procedures to maintain accurate records and meet/exceed internal and external accreditations.
- Ensure all necessary action is taken to collect revenue efficiently and effectively.
**Requirements:**
- Good knowledge of debt collection and tracing systems, with experience working in the debt recovery industry.
- Ability to manage difficult call content and conflicts effectively.
- Knowledge of welfare rights and ability to differentiate between customers who may need a more sympathetic approach.
**Salary:** £19,000 - £21,000 per annum (pro-rata), depending on experience.
