We are seeking a skilled and experienced Debt Recovery Specialist to join our team at Corus Consultancy. This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused individual with a strong background in debt collection and customer service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing debtor relationships, handling telephone calls, and processing payments. You will work closely with our enforcement agents to ensure efficient and effective debt recovery.

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as knowledge of relevant legislation, such as the Taking Control of Goods Regulations 2014. Experience working with academy systems, enterprise info@work, and other back office software is highly desirable.
