Job Description: Collections and Compliance Officer

Corus Consultancy is seeking a skilled and experienced Collections and Compliance Officer to join our team. This role involves working closely with internal teams to manage our debt portfolio and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. You will be responsible for investigating and resolving complaints, providing training and guidance to colleagues, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and payment arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints
