Civil Enforcement Team Member

Job Description:
We are seeking a Civil Enforcement Team Member to join our team at Hatched Recruitment Group. As an essential member of our enforcement team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective collection of revenue in accordance with legislation and service objectives.
In this dynamic and challenging role, you will be responsible for making enquiries to trace the whereabouts of absconders and providing professional competence in all aspects of internal and external customer enquiries. You will also ensure that all customers receive a courteous, approachable, helpful and professional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the enforcement Agents by assisting with the allocation of their workload cases.
- Enter reports into the system accurately and efficiently.
- Comply with procedures to maintain an accurate database.
- Provide information and support to stakeholders and other services.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively as part of a team. You must also have the ability to differentiate between those avoiding payment and those who may need a more sympathetic approach.
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of £26,000 - £31,500 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including pension scheme, annual leave and training opportunities.
