About the Job:
We are seeking an experienced Welfare Officer to join our team at one of our client schools in Lewisham.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to contribute to the smooth running of a thriving secondary school.
As a key member of the school team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of students and staff.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work collaboratively, and provide first aid support when needed.
Key Tasks:
- Act as the primary First Aider for the school and manage the day-to-day welfare room and medical facilities.
- Keep accurate records for all pupils and ensure good communication regarding health matters.
- Contribute to the overall well-being of students and staff by providing a supportive and inclusive environment.
