About the Role:
We are currently looking for a highly skilled School Welfare and Pastoral Care Coordinator to join our team at a Secondary school in Lewisham. In this role, you will be responsible for providing pastoral care and support to students, managing the welfare room and medical facilities, and maintaining accurate records.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar role, with excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. You will also contribute to the smooth running of the school and the maintenance of a safe environment for all students and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide pastoral care and support to students
- Manage the welfare room and medical facilities
- Maintain accurate records manually and electronically
