Job Summary:
We are looking for a Behaviour Support Worker to join our team at a secondary school in Lewisham. The successful candidate will have previous experience working with children or young people and a commitment to supporting the needs of secondary school students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualised support to students to help them manage and improve their behaviour
- Work closely with teaching staff and pastoral teams to develop and implement tailored behaviour strategies
- Promote a safe, respectful, and inclusive school environment
