Learning and Behaviour Coach

Our ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of SEN, including SEMH, ASD, ADD, and PDA, as well as effective strategies for supporting these needs in an educational context. They will also have experience working with young people with challenging behaviour, ideally within an SEN or education setting.
A relevant qualification in education, child development, psychology, or SEN is advantageous but not essential. Strong verbal and written communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to remain calm and compassionate in high-pressure situations are essential.
The salary for this role is £85 to £100 per day PAYE. The contract type is full-time, term-time only, with an immediate start date.
