We are seeking skilled SEN Teaching Assistants and Behaviour Mentors to join our dedicated team at a fantastic school in Lewisham, London.
Job DescriptionThis role involves providing individualised support to students with diverse needs, adapting to different teaching methods, and building strong relationships with students and staff.
- Working closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement effective support plans.
- Using innovative strategies to engage students with challenging behaviour and promote positive attitudes towards learning.
- Collaborating with colleagues to share best practices and improve outcomes for students.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A passion for working with children with special educational needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations.
- Previous experience in SEN or a related field is advantageous but not essential.
