Academic and Behaviour Mentor Assistant

Veritas Education Recruitment seeks an experienced individual to join our team as an SEN Teaching Assistant and Behaviour Mentor.
This long-term position offers competitive daily rates (£85-£110) and opportunities for professional growth and development.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing tailored support to students with special needs, adapting their approach to meet the unique needs of each child.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective strategies to support students with complex needs.
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and teachers to ensure seamless communication and support.
To excel in this role, you must have:
- A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs.
- Experience working with students with special needs, preferably in an educational setting.
- Flexibility to support various subjects and adjust to different teaching methods.
- An Enhanced DBS Disclosure and a legal right to work in the UK.
