Complex Discharge Team Lead

Remedy Recruitment Group is proud to present an exciting opportunity for a qualified Social Worker to join Lewisham Council's Complex Discharge Team. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable adults to achieve their goals and improve their wellbeing.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience working as a Qualified Social Worker, with QSW status and registration with Social Work England. They will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively within a team.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with residents, their carers, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualised support plans. The estimated salary for this position is £38,000-£42,000 per annum, based on your level of experience.
