Education Support Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team at a school in Lewisham.
This permanent, full-time opportunity offers a competitive salary between £24,000 and £28,000 based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
Key Job Responsibilities:- Designing Engaging Lesson Plans: Create and deliver lesson plans for pre-planned PPA cover lessons, keeping students engaged and focused.
- Providing Individualized Support: Assist students across various age groups, catering to students with diverse abilities, including those with special educational needs (SEN).
- Foundational Subject Instruction: Teach key foundational subjects, including MFL, PSHE, RE, and Music, broadening students' knowledge and understanding.
