Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking a motivated professional to join their team as a Substance Misuse Team Leader. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of practitioners delivering Dependency and Recovery Services to adult males under probation supervision.
Your key responsibilities will include providing team leadership, attending essential meetings, ensuring smooth project delivery, and promoting the services within probation offices. You will also be responsible for developing strong relationships with colleagues in Probation Delivery Units, promoting the service, and offering substance misuse awareness training.
