Job Title: Substance Misuse Team Leader

Salary: £30,082 - £36,766 per annum

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking a dedicated professional to lead their substance misuse team. As a Team Leader in the Dependency and Recovery Services, you will operate within a hybrid model as part of a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team.

You will be responsible for managing a team of practitioners delivering Dependency and Recovery Services to adult males under probation supervision. Your role will involve providing team leadership, attending essential meetings, ensuring smooth project delivery, and promoting the services within probation offices.

The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience in team management, performance, and development. They should also possess knowledge and experience of implementing formal procedures and policies, as well as project and time management skills.

About the Role:

  • Develop strong relationships with colleagues in Probation Delivery Units, promote the service, and offer substance misuse awareness training.
  • Support direct reports with their development needs through regular line management and probation reviews.
  • Manage team performance to maintain a positive working environment, working with HR and the Service Manager to address any concerns.
