We are looking for a talented Community Mental Health Clinician to join our team at the South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust.

In this role, you will provide assertive outreach support to community mental health services to improve the physical health of service users.

You will be required to run physical health clinics, share outcomes, and support service users to access appropriate interventions.

The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the importance of cultural and other differences in caring for service users, and be able to give lifestyle advice including diet and exercise.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £32,700 per annum, based on national averages for similar roles in the NHS.
