We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced 1:1 SEMH Teaching Assistant to join our team and work in a primary school in South East London.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing 1:1 support to a pupil with SEMH needs, promoting positive relationships and a supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • To work collaboratively with teaching staff to develop and implement strategies to meet the individual needs of the pupil.
  • To promote a positive and inclusive learning environment, supporting the pupil's social, emotional, and academic development.
">

Requirements:

">
  • A minimum of 6 months' experience working as a Behaviour Mentor, Teaching Assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Previous experience working with children with SEN ideally Social Emotional Mental Health.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.

Salary Information:

Estimated salary for this position is £90-105 per day, depending on experience.
