We are seeking a highly motivated Mental Health Support Coordinator to join our Pick for Britain team.
About the Position:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality information and support to vulnerable adults, carers, and relevant stakeholders to promote wellbeing and prevention initiatives.
Main Duties:
- Provide information and signpost individuals to local services and opportunities to support their well-being.
- Work in partnership with health, housing, and community stakeholders to benefit vulnerable adults.
- Support individuals to find creative solutions to challenges in their lives, including strengthening family or social connections.
Key Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in partnership with stakeholders.
- Degree-level education or equivalent experience in a related field.
