About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with brilliant minds, both 1:1 and in the classroom, and make genuine connections that can change lives. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping young people navigate the complexities of adolescence, using empathy and understanding to build strong relationships and facilitate learning.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide individualized support to students, focusing on their unique needs and abilities.
  2. Collaborate with teaching staff and mental health professionals to develop effective strategies for supporting students' mental health and wellbeing.
  3. Work closely with students to identify areas of difficulty and develop personalized plans to address these challenges.
  4. Contribute to a positive and inclusive school environment, promoting social-emotional learning and well-being across all aspects of school life.

Salary: £475 - £550 per week (paid weekly via PAYE), Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm. Opportunities for continued employment beyond the initial contract period.
