We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Specialist to support the education of children with Multiple Learning Difficulties, Autism, and complex needs at our Ofsted Outstanding Academy.

The ideal candidate will have passion for working with pupils in KS1 & KS2 with MLD, ASD, and complex needs, providing individualized support and care. As a full-time Educational Assistant, you will work from 08:30 - 15:30, Monday to Friday, within class sizes of up to 10 students with approximately 4/5 teaching assistants in each group.

Our academy prioritizes pupil well-being and provides a nurturing environment that fosters therapeutic relationships between students and staff members. Key Responsibilities:

Salary Estimate: £22,000 - £32,000 per annum based on location and industry standards.
