Desktop and Network Support Professional

Hays Technology is looking for a highly motivated desktop and network support professional to join our team in Edinburgh. As an IT field engineer, you will be responsible for providing top-notch IT support and consultancy services to small and medium-sized businesses in the area. This is an excellent opportunity to work with clients, deliver exceptional customer service, and represent our company positively. Your primary duties will include visiting clients' premises, resolving technical issues, and configuring devices in the office. To succeed in this role, you will need a strong understanding of IT systems, excellent communication skills, and a professional attitude.

Excellent Salary and Benefits Package
We offer a salary of up to £30,000 per annum, which is one of the highest in the industry. You will also receive 10 days of personal training per year, 6 charity days per year, gym membership, private medical, and a LinkedIn learning account.

Requirements
To be successful in this desktop and network support professional position, you will need a driving license and your own car. You should also have experience with desktops, laptops, Office 365, printers, and network devices (Draytek, Netgear, Ubiquiti).
