Job Description

Henderson Scott is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide 1st/2nd line phone support and hardware support for its busy service centre. This role involves providing customer service focused support, alongside hardware fault diagnostics for Desktops, laptops and mobile phones.

This position would suit candidates used to working in a busy service/contact centre environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft Windows 10/11 in an enterprise environment, as well as administering Microsoft Active Directory, Intune endpoint management and Microsoft Exchange. They will also be able to support Microsoft 365 Applications, remote connectivity/VPN, LAN/WAN technologies, Laptops/Desktops and Printers/Multi-Function Devices, and iOS Apple devices.

The salary for this position is estimated at £30,000 - £32,000 per year, based on the location of Edinburgh.
