Financial Director for Luxury Hospitality

Job Description:

A financially savvy professional is required to lead the finance department of Accor Hotel, a renowned luxury hospitality brand. As a Financial Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the finance team and ensuring the smooth running of financial activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and direction to achieve departmental objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Purchasing team to ensure all financial standards are met.
  • Supervise accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and income audit functions.
  • Ensure accurate monthly payroll processing in line with company policies and SOPs.
  • Prepare and submit the annual PAYE Settlement Agreement.
  • Maintain compliance with Internal Audit policies and applicable legislation.
  • Oversee cash flow processes and manage financial records in accordance with accepted policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Accounting qualification preferred but not required.
  • Strong leadership skills with a willingness to develop and motivate the team.
  • Ambitious and eager to grow within the luxury hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with the Director of Finance & Business Support and Executive team.
  • Familiarity with accounting practices and regulations.
