At AccorHotel, we're seeking a highly skilled Luxury Service Director to join our team. This full-time permanent role offers a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead our host/hostess team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. As a Luxury Service Director, you will be responsible for curating seamless service that flows as smoothly as fine champagne. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting every guest with poise and charm, making them feel instantly at home.
  • Anticipating guest preferences and accommodating special requests to ensure every detail is perfectly tailored to their needs.
  • Overseeing daily operations of the host/hostess team, ensuring high standards of guest service and smooth communication with kitchen and service staff.
  • Managing guest flow, waitlists, and table turnover to optimize service efficiency.
  • Ensuring the host/hostess area is organized, welcoming, and fully stocked with menus and materials.
  • Training the host/hostess team to maintain Sofitel's luxury service standards.
  • Handling guest feedback with care and finesse, always seeking to enhance the experience.
  • Assisting the Restaurant Manager with administrative tasks, including reservations, seating plans, and staff scheduling.
  • Flexibility to work in a rotational basis, including weekends and bank holidays.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Previous experience as a Host/Hostess, preferably in a luxury or high-end hospitality environment.
  • Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a natural talent for making people feel at ease.
  • A passion for luxury hospitality and creating unique experiences.
  • Proficiency in reservation systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK is mandatory.
