Our Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer of Luxury Hospitality to join our Hotel Leadership team. As a key strategic partner, you will be responsible for safeguarding our hotel assets and financial resources, contributing to maximizing hotel profitability. You will provide timely and accurate financial information to senior management, ensuring that our hotel operates within local and corporate policies and procedures.

Your Role:

In this critical position, you will oversee the development of our finance staff, driving their growth and success. You will also advise on strategic decisions, leveraging your expertise to drive business outcomes. Your leadership skills will play a vital role in shaping our financial future, as we continue to expand our luxury offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to maximize hotel profitability
  • Oversee the management of hotel assets and financial resources
  • Counsel senior management on financial matters, providing timely and accurate information
  • Lead the development of finance staff, driving their growth and success
