Homes Quality Assurance Specialist

As a Homes Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our developments meet our high standards and comply with building regulations.
In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out inspections and minor repair works in homeowners' properties, as well as coordinating and liaising with contractors and the construction team for larger remedial works. You will also manage and schedule appointments with homeowners, contractors, and the site team, providing regular updates and ensuring complete satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and knowledge of health and safety regulations. A full UK driving license and flexibility to travel to different sites within West Sussex and Hampshire when required are also essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Carrying out inspections and minor repair works in homeowners' properties, ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standards.
• Being the on-site representative for homeowner concerns, addressing any issues promptly and with attention to detail.
• Coordinating and liaising with contractors and the construction team for larger remedial works, ensuring smooth communication and resolution.
• Managing and scheduling appointments with homeowners, contractors, and the site team.
• Providing regular updates to homeowners on the status of their reported issues and following up to ensure complete satisfaction.
• Keeping detailed records of all works carried out and communicating regularly with the Customer Care Manager to address recurring issues.
• Handling any escalated matters with professionalism, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
• Assisting with ensuring that all properties meet our high standards and comply with building regulations.
Benefits:
