We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Hunter Selection in Bedfordshire. As a key member of our SHEQ department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality standards are maintained across all aspects of our business.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant HNC or degree and experience working to ISO 9001 standards. You will also be comfortable with quality audits and able to effectively communicate with colleagues and stakeholders.

In this role, you will report directly to the Head of SHEQ and be responsible for leading, facilitating, and supporting non-conformance activities. You will also be expected to influence others through good communication skills and ensure that quality standards are upheld in the workshop.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £40,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including a shift premium, 26 days holiday, banks, company pension, employee assistance programme, and private health insurance.
