Job Description:

Morson Talent is seeking an experienced aerospace quality professional to join our team on a short-term contract. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting independent audits to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conducting product/process, capability, and patrol/sample audits to assess the standard of work and ensure adequate planning.
  2. Investigating quality failures, identifying trends, and monitoring containment, corrective, and preventative actions.
  3. Liaising with customer representatives and assisting production departments with quality matters.
Requirements:
  • AS9100 knowledge and experience in auditing and assessment processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing and engineering systems and processes, ideally in aerospace or other highly regulated industries.
