Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled QA Process Lead to join our team at Nicholas Associates Group. This exciting opportunity is for a QA Manager to drive quality processes through construction activities, ensuring client and building regulation specifications are adhered to.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience working in a management role within the Construction and Groundworks industry with a quality assurance focus. They should be able to manage large projects within tight deadlines and have high levels of knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Office and other digital applications.

About the Role:
  • Develop, manage, and promote the company's QA processes and standards.
  • Ensure all key personnel understand and have available to them all pertinent quality-related legislation, standards, and specifications.
  • Support construction teams in delivering quality practices through coaching, training, and hands-on support.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on matters relating to QA.
Salary and Benefits:

A competitive salary of approximately £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus bonus and pension.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a QA management role within the Construction and Groundworks industry.
  • Ability to adhere to health, safety, and welfare policies and procedures.
  • High levels of knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Office and other digital applications.
