Key Job Details

In this role, you will work closely with external consultants to ensure project designs meet our standards and reputation. Your responsibilities will include managing quality and financial aspects of projects, providing feedback to contractors and consultants, and contributing to our quality and financial management.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities
  1. Support the Technical Manager on each project, ensuring timely delivery.
  2. Manage contract delivery through effective appointment and fee management.
  3. Work collaboratively with contractors and consultants to deliver project designs that meet our standards.
  4. Make significant contributions to the company's quality and financial management.
  5. Use a proactive management style to coordinate design teams on challenging sites.
  6. Lead and develop direct reports, providing regular feedback and coaching.
  7. Demonstrate essential skills such as assertiveness, decisiveness, and time management.
