Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to individual student needs.
  • Collaborate with staff to achieve the best outcomes for students.
  • Maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience working with children with SEMH and/or SEN needs.
  • Strong understanding of individual learning requirements.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting child welfare.
Salary and Benefits

An estimated salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus relevant benefits and professional development opportunities.
