About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a reputable SEMH/SEN school group. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs in a nurturing environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in delivering tailored educational programs for students with SEMH/SEN needs.
- Provide one-on-one and group support to students, fostering their academic and social development.
- Help create a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
- Support the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs).
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications in education, child development, or a related field.
- Experience working with children with SEMH/SEN, preferably in a school setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
