Role Responsibilities

">

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be integral to creating a positive learning environment, supporting students' motivation, happiness, and engagement. You will work closely with our tutors to ensure students' needs are met, and their growth is fostered.

Working Arrangements

">

We operate over 38 weeks a year, with staff working 34.75 hours per week. The 4-week schedule includes:

- Weeks 1-3: Monday to Friday, 08:45-15:40.

">

- Week 4: Monday to Wednesday, Friday, 08:45-15:40; Thursday, 08:45-16:20, for a College meeting.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary of £18,150 (£12.00 per hour), including holiday pay, a generous 33-day paid holiday entitlement (pro-rata for part-time), and comprehensive benefits, including a fully funded DBS check and access to valuable resources to support your well-being.
