About the Role:

Fawns Recreational Services, a leading manufacturer of timber play equipment, is seeking a highly motivated Area Sales Manager to join their team in the East of England. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales within a designated territory to achieve targets set by the Sales and Marketing Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Communicate effectively with the sales support team to ensure process efficiency
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop local marketing strategies
  • Contribute to the development of new products to benefit company sales

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in field sales with a minimum of 2 years' experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and promote Fawns with a consultative sales approach
  • Self-motivated to achieve sales targets set
  • Professional and organised manner, with strong time management skills
