Area Sales Manager

About the Role:
Fawns Recreational Services, a leading manufacturer of timber play equipment, is seeking a highly motivated Area Sales Manager to join their team in the East of England. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales within a designated territory to achieve targets set by the Sales and Marketing Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Communicate effectively with the sales support team to ensure process efficiency
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop local marketing strategies
- Contribute to the development of new products to benefit company sales
Requirements:
- Proven track record in field sales with a minimum of 2 years' experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build rapport with customers and promote Fawns with a consultative sales approach
- Self-motivated to achieve sales targets set
- Professional and organised manner, with strong time management skills
