We are looking for an experienced Sales Development Manager to join our team at Marshall Motor Group's BMW dealership in Bournemouth. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.

Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus a competitive bonus and company car package.

About the Role

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.

About You

  • You will have previous experience in a sales leadership role, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
  • A proactive approach, with a focus on driving results and exceeding targets.
